A weak pattern costs you in every sample round and every return. A strong one saves you money for the life of the style. Our pattern room works from your tech pack, your sketch, or a garment you want to build on, and delivers patterns your production can rely on, run after run.

How it works
A tech pack is ideal, but a clear sketch with measurements, or a reference garment, works too. If you need the tech pack first, we do that as well.
We cut the development pattern, considering your fabric, construction and the fit you are after.
Through toiles and fit sessions, the pattern is corrected until the garment sits exactly right.
The approved pattern is graded across your sizes and released for sampling or production, here or anywhere.
